Frequently Asked Questions.
1. You just send us your ideas or detailed drawings such as AI, CorelDraw, CAD profile or real samples.
2. We make new models according to your design or sample, and then send for your confirmation.
3. We will modify if any changes needed. (color and materials)
4. Once our sample approved, you can start place order for mass production.
5. Both totally new design or making changes on our models are accepted (even after order placed).
We have our own testing lab to test the construction and quality which we follow EN12870 standard and testing method. We also have our own QC team that check 100% on every steps to make sure that all components and procedure comply with the specification (measurement, colors, shape…).

Metal frames: 300 pieces per model, 75 pieces per colour.
Acetate: 300 pieces per model, 100 pieces per colour.
Acetate and combination frames: 450 to 800 pieces per model, 150 pieces per colour.
These are general MOQ and actual MOQ should be confirmed with our factory.
Design and technical drawings: From 3 days to two weeks depending on the size of the collection.
Prototyping: 45 days for colored prototypes. 30 days for structure sample in black.
First production: 55 days for acetate frames, 60 days for metal frames.
Re orders: 45 to 65 days depending on difficulty and raw material supply.
Injection tooling: 40 days.
These are general timings and actual timings should be confirmed with our company.

Educate my employees: I would train and educate my team about the importance of IP protection, and establish clear guidelines to prevent unauthorized sharing of client information and protect all production materials/detail, accessories and frames, and prevent outflow from workshops and our factory.

3. Foster a culture of trust: I would encourage honest and transparent communication within my organization, and promote a culture that values integrity and ethical behavior.
4. Sign NDAs and adhere to their terms: I would be willing to sign NDAs with clients and ensure that my team members strictly adhere to the terms of these agreements.
5. Registered trademark and design: It is recommended that the customer’s brand name, logo and product design be registered with the relevant government agency in the place of production to better protect the customer’s intellectual property rights.
6. Communicate proactively: I would build strong relationships with clients by maintaining open communication channels and addressing any concerns promptly.
